The use of services from eBGenius.com (hereafter referred to as "eBGenius") constitutes agreement to these terms.
Client's order is activated right after payment is received. Once account is activated, the client receives a confirmation email with login details for client area, download links, and other details. If the client doesn't receive a welcome email, he can contact us with order ID and request for welcome email to be re-sent. Only requests with valid order ID will be processed.
Updates and Support
Each order comes with lifetime updates and support. The support options include: user guide, knowledge base, client forums, offline help section, and helpdesk. Support requests need to be submitted to eBGenius helpdesk by creating a new support ticket and filling all required fields. Support requests that are submitted via other channels or miss information required, will not be processed.
Terms of Service Violation
The client is allowed to use his license to make an unlimited copy of installations on his own server(s), but can't share purchased software and/or license details with 3rd parties. If the client violates eBGenius terms of service, his license might be suspended without a further notice. In case of license suspension because of terms of service violation, the client's right to refund is terminated immediately.
Money Back Guarantee
If the software fails to operate and eBGenius support team couldn't resolve the issue, the client can request for license cancellation and refund within 7 days after his purchase. The refund request should be submitted via helpdesk and include the detailed description of software's fault (a request like "I don't want it anymore" or similar will not be considered as a valid reason for refund), so eBGenius support team can fix it. If eBGenius team couldn't resolve the issue within 48 hours, the client becomes eligible for a full refund. A refund will be issued using the same payment method the client used to place his order.
